Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Dextrose, Salted Butter (Milk), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Salt, Flavour. Caramel flavoured cookie mix with salted caramel pieces (12%).
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 1 extra large egg + 80g melted butter = baking paper Prep time 10 mins Bake time 10-12 mins 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). 1. Mix melted butter, egg and cookie mix together with a wooden spoon until combined. Use your hands to fully mix to form a soft dough (do not eat dough as it contains raw eggs). 2. Roll cookie dough into 12 balls and place on a baking paper lined baking tray, leaving room for spreading. Press down slightly. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on tray for 10 minutes then remove onto a wire rack to cool completely.
